Coaching Circle: A Challenge to Develop Within Your Work
twelve weeks• seven meetings• eight colleagues

Change is a psychological event - a transition from dysfunctional behavior to functional behavior. Transformation is a spiritual event - unlike change, it cannot be achieved; it happens.

When we explore what gets in our way, our shadow, what becomes possible? How would coaching be if we were engaged in transformation? What if we had a network of support behind us? Some topics we ll address:

• Triggering - what to do when it happens
• Authenticity - how to delve into what is real
• Courage - how to develop it while coaching

Every month, through somatic exercises, study, Inquiry, activities, practices, readings, self-observations and Integral Coaching, we will come together to create and actualize a vision of the coaching life that is vibrant, powerful and meaningful.

Join a diverse, warm circle of coaches who build their practices from a shared vision. The Coaching Circle includes a pre-enrollment assignment and an individual follow-up coaching session.
